The tool is built for speed and simplicity: one input box, no pop-up windows and no software. It works on any device with a browser and keeps the original caption so you always remember where the video came from.

Save Instagram videos in a few seconds
Instagram does not offer a download button for videos in your feed. Screen recording works, but it captures notifications, lowers the quality and adds black bars. SavyClip reads the public video file directly, so you get the original resolution and sound without any interface elements on top.
This is especially useful for long videos, interviews and tutorials that you want to watch again later, as well as for creators who need the original file of their own post after losing it from their camera roll.
A note on Instagram access
Instagram regularly limits anonymous access. If a public video cannot be fetched, wait a few minutes and try again. Private accounts are never accessible through SavyClip. Please use downloads for personal purposes or with the permission of the original creator.
Organising the videos you save
Downloaded files are named after the original caption, which makes them easy to search for later. Many people create a dedicated folder per account or per topic, such as recipes, workouts or travel ideas, and move each new file there right after downloading. On a phone, saving videos to the gallery lets you trim them with the built-in editor, while on a computer any player such as VLC opens the MP4 instantly without extra codecs.
